Dear Hunt Military Communities Partner,

This year, Hunt Military Communities is hosting an in-person Leadership Conference to continue the growth and education of our Leadership Team. After the conference, we will be hosting a Gala to recognize and honor those who performed extraordinarily in 2021. A highlight of our Gala is our annual Silent Auction,hosted by Hunt Heroes Foundation, (HHF) (EIN # 82-2997777), a non-profit organization committed to supporting military service members and their families throughout the United States in the areas of health, education, housing, and overall community support. Its focus is to improve the quality of life for military families who sacrifice so much for us day in and day out.

The Hunt Heroes Foundation is a 100% volunteer-led organization and every donation we receive directly impacts our mission. Our major fundraiser is our annual Gala & Silent Auction. This year, our leadership series will be held from March 28th -30th, 2022, at the Marriott Orlando World Center, with the Gala being held on March 30th, 2022. The sponsorship opportunities include education sessions, one on one vendor training sessions, videotaped commercials, attendance at the cocktail reception, Gala, and more. It is important for our employees to not only serve our residents but to help service members in need. Our sponsorship opportunities have been expanded this year and attached is our 2022 sponsorship guide for your review.

As a vendor who works closely with us, and in return, our military, we would greatly appreciate it if you would consider supporting the Hunt Heroes Foundation by offering a financial donation through one of our sponsorship levels. Last year we raised nearly $155,000 through this event. We are looking to raise $175,000 this year and cannot meet this goal without support from organizations such as yours.
